OLOL DINNER AUCTION 2024

“The Black & White Ball”

Join in the tradition and celebration, as we raise monies to support our parish and school community at this fun-filled fellowship event!

Timeline:         4:30 Mass at OLOL

5:45pm - Doors open at Country Club

5:45-6:45pm - COMPLIMENTARY 1 Hour Cocktails & Appetizers

Silent Auction / Class Projects for bid

7pm - Dinner served promptly.

8pm - Silent Auction Closes

Live Auction begins after dinner - must be present to bid on Live items! 

Raffles! - Dessert Dash! - Heads or Tails! - Dancing!

Tickets: $100 each - includes FREE 1 hour cocktails & appetizers, a plated dinner and entertainment. Cash Bar promptly starts at 6:45pm.

Table of 10: $900 (get a group of friends together and save some $!)

Dress Code: Your snazziest and/or comfiest black or white outfit! It is the "Black and White Ball" after all! NO JEANS. Dressy-casual to formal is appropriate. Black tie is NOT required. 

Lots of fun activities are planned, as well as many items up for bid. This will AGAIN be the event of the year, so don't miss out!

 

The Our Lady of Lourdes Dinner Auction brings together our School and Parish, in celebration of Catholic Faith and Education. Saturday, April 13, 2024, is the PERFECT excuse to meet new and old OLOL families, while enjoying a fun night out! Let's come together to celebrate BIG and raise BIG!

 

This adults-only evening is by reservation and includes appetizers, a plated dinner, Dessert Dash, and entertainment! Lots of fun activities are planned, as well as many items up for bid. This will AGAIN be the event of the year, so don't miss out!

 

Funds raised through our auction go towards ever-rising operational and educational costs.  Additionally, we have a "Fund-A-Need" item, in which a portion of our total raised funds are allocated.  This year, our goal is to springboard off last year's success with "Phase 2" of revamping our outdoor space by building a covered pavilion over the existing concrete pad for use by both school and parish. The sky is the limit on what we can do and what we can raise, so please join us and be a part of this fun night of fellowship!
